There was this little girl that didn’t like talking to anyone. She was notorious for it. If you went up to her, she’d give you an evil gloare, something akin to “Go to hell, you worthless pile of shit”, but from an eight year old, and without saying a word. But I decided to try to become her friend. Her mom is a friend of my mom, so we went over to her house. So what did I do? Did I go up to her and introduce myself? No. First thing I did was go to her room and look at her toys. I picked up a toy from a series I’m familiar with: The character was Pinkie Pie. She instantly got cunfused when she saw a nineteen year old male playing around with a pony toy. I looked up to her, and I said: “Pinkie Pie is my favorite pony, y’know.” Her eyes lit up. She smiled. We started talking. We’re now great friends. I’m her best friend. In fact, her FIRST friend. My Little Pony helped me prevent a little girl from growing up as a social outcast like me, with no friends. My Little Pony is NOT gay. It’s a bridge between genders, generations, and opinions. Because no matter where you go, or who you talk to, Friendship is Magic.
